Road to Java (RtJ) is an NFT project with Unique generated art illustration of character in which there are motion effects and background music called gamelan. As the name implies, Road to Java (Java is one of the islands in Indonesia), is a story about the journey of a mixed-blood European-Indonesian who wants to learn the culture on the island of Java, and proficient in playing gamelan music. But on his way he must meet obstacles such as disasters, and various missions that must be carried out.
The purpose of the RtJ project is for humanitarian and cultural arts missions. 50% of the funds will be used for donations to help victims affected by the eruption of Mount Semeru which occurred on December 4 last. In addition, the funds will be used for very useful activities such as advancing the local economy which in the end the profits and benefits will return to the community. For communities that have NFT RTJ, besides being able to be used for investment, the community will also get many benefits ranging from free accommodation to Indonesia, staying in cottages with beautiful natural views, and participating in art & culture events that will be held in the future (Phase 2).
Alan (20 years) is a mixed-breed from parents who come from different countries. His father is from Europe, while his mother is from Indonesia. Since childhood they lived in Europe because his father also worked there. However, occasionally
they go on vacation to Indonesia to visit their mother's family.
One time Alan got a college assignment about art and culture, he then remembered about the culture and art of his mother's hometown in Indonesia, namely Gamelan.
As a child he had studied a little. Therefore, he went to Indonesia to meet his grandfather who happened to be an expert in playing gamelan so that he became more proficient in playing gamelan.
Arriving there, it turned out that Alan's journey was not as smooth as planned. Suddenly, Mount Semeru, located in Malang Regency, East Java, erupted. At that time, there were many victims of the disaster. The environment around the area became ravaged. Fortunately Alan survived and was not affected by the disaster. However, his heart was touch to immediately help the victims affected by the disaster.
At first Alan was confused, but an idea came to him. He wanted to entertain the victims with the gamelan music he learned while collecting donations for the victims who suffered losses due to the disaster.
